Over 300 Alawite civilians killed by government forces and allies in Syria

Clashes between government forces and remnants of the ousted regime, as well as between the government and Alawite civilians, have resulted in a substantial loss of life. According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, over 500 people have been killed since Thursday, with more than 300 of the casualties being civilians.
