Northern Illinois: Four Dead, Seven Wounded in Stabbing Spree

A series of stabbings occurred in northern Illinois, resulting in the deaths of four people and injuries to seven others. A 22-year-old suspect is currently in police custody and is being questioned. The victims were found at multiple locations within the city, and not all of them had stab wounds. Police Chief Carla Redd expressed her condolences for the families affected by the loss of life.
