North Korea launches long-range rocket with satellite, Seoul says

North Korea launched a rocket believed to be carrying its second military spy satellite on Monday night. According to South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff, the launch trajectory was detected at 10:44 p.m. from North Korea's main space center in the northeast. Japan's coast guard also received notification from North Korea about the planned launch.
