Nagorno-Karabakh government says it will dissolve, country will cease to exist by next year

People are escaping however they can, in cars, on tractors or trucks, or by bus. Thousands have arrived in the past few days alone. Azerbaijan says Armenians in Nagorno-Karabakh can stay. But many ethnic Armenians have chosen to flee.
