Missing Russian General Sergey Surovikin reportedly seen in Moscow for first time since Wagner mutiny

Sergei Surovikin is said to have been close to Wagner boss Yevgeny Prigozhin. He has not been seen in public since a mutiny by the Wagner mercenary group in June. Photo purporting to show the general has now been published on social media.
