Militants take hundreds hostage after hijacking train in Pakistan's Balochistan

The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA), a separatist group seeking independence for Balochistan, claimed responsibility for an attack on a train traveling from Quetta to Peshawar. The train, carrying over 400 passengers, became trapped in a tunnel after the BLA blew up the tracks. The driver was badly wounded, and separatist militants took hostages.
