Kate Middleton Celebrates 43rd Birthday with Tribute from Husband Prince William

Kate, Princess of Wales, turned 43 years old on Thursday, with her husband Prince William marking the occasion by sharing a previously unseen black and white portrait of her. The portrait, taken by Matt Porteous at Windsor last summer, shows Kate wearing a white shirt, dark jacket and checked scarf. This comes after Kate revealed last March that she had been diagnosed with an unspecified cancer and was undergoing chemotherapy.
