KP Sharma Oli Appointed as Nepal's New Prime Minister

Nepal's largest communist party leader K.P. Sharma Oli is set to take office as the country's new Prime Minister on Monday. This will be his fourth time holding the position, having previously served three times in the past. The change comes after incumbent PM Pushpa Kamal Dahal, also known as Prachanda, lost control of the government when his coalition partners turned against him and failed to pass a floor test in parliament.
