Israel's Operation in Rafah Displaces 800,000 Civilians according to UN

According to the reports, nearly 800,000 Palestinians have been displaced from Rafah due to Israel's assault on Hamas militants. The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) has confirmed this figure, with its chief stating that almost half of the population of Rafah, or approximately 800,000 people, are currently on the move, forced to flee their homes in search of safety. Notably, UNRWA's chief highlights that these individuals are leaving behind their few belongings each time they are displaced.
