Israel rescues four hostages from central Gaza refugee camp
The recent Israeli strike on Gaza has resulted in a significant loss of life and injuries. According to reports from Gaza's Government Media Office, at least 210 Palestinians were killed and over 400 others injured during the raid on the Nuseirat refugee camp. The Israeli military estimates the number of casualties to be under 100, but it is unclear how many civilians and militants were affected.
Israeli special forces rescued four hostages, including three men and one woman, who were kidnapped from a music festival in southern Israel on October 7. The hostages, identified as Noa Argamani, 25, Almog Meir Jan, 21, Andrey Kozlov, 27, and Shlomi Ziv, 40, were freed during a "high-risk, complex mission" in Nuseirat, central Gaza. According to the Israeli army, at least 210 Palestinians were killed and wounded in air strikes in the same area.
