International Criminal Court Issues Arrest Warrants for Top Russian Military Officials Over Alleged War Crimes in Ukraine

The International Criminal Court (ICC) has issued arrest warrants for two high-ranking Russian officials: Sergei Shoigu, former Defense Minister, and General Valery Gerasimov, Chief of the General Staff. The warrants accuse them of committing war crimes and crimes against humanity during the conflict in Ukraine.
