Harvey Weinstein Hospitalized After Conviction Overturned

According to his lawyer, Weinstein was moved to the hospital from city jails on Friday and is being kept for observation. The NYC Department of Corrections determined that he needed immediate medical attention. Despite this development, Weinstein will remain jailed on a separate 16-year rape sentence in California, as the city's highest court overturned his 2020 conviction on sex crime charges.
