France to Lift State of Emergency in Riot-Hit New Caledonia
The state of emergency in New Caledonia, a French Pacific territory, is set to be lifted. The state of emergency will end on Monday evening at 8:00 pm Paris time or Tuesday morning at 5:00 am Noumea time.
