Former US Diplomat Admits Decades-Long Spying for Cuba
Victor Manuel Rocha, a 73-year-old man, recently appeared in court to change his plea from not guilty to guilty for conspiring to act as an agent of the Cuban government. He was arrested in December and is charged with being a "covert agent" for Havana's General Directorate of Intelligence. Prosecutors have agreed to drop 13 counts against him as part of the plea deal, but Rocha may still face a lengthy prison sentence.
