Former Twitter Executives Sue Elon Musk for Over $128 Million in Severance

According to multiple reports, former Twitter executives Parag Agrawal, Ned Segal, Vijaya Gadde, and Sean Edgett have filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk and X Corp. The executives allege that Musk failed to pay them severance totaling $186.8 million after they were terminated on the day he completed his acquisition of Twitter in 2022. They claim Musk dismissed them without cause and made up false reasons for their termination. Previously, Agrawal had claimed $57.4 million in benefits, while Segal's claim was for an undisclosed amount. The lawsuit also mentions that not paying severance is part of a pattern for Musk.
