Exploding Devices Used in Lebanon Attacks Were the Result of Decades-Long Planning Operation

The operation involved the sale of 16,000 booby-trapped walkie-talkies and pagers to Hezbollah, which were set off in September, causing widespread casualties. The Mossad agents involved in the operation wore masks and used altered voices to conceal their identities.
