Ex-Leader Zuma's Party Joins Opposition in South African Parliament

South Africa's uMkhonto weSizwe (MK) party will join an alliance of smaller opposition parties in parliament, aiming to coordinate resistance against the governing coalition led by the African National Congress (ANC). The MK party won 14.6% of the vote in recent elections, translating to 58 seats in the 400-seat National Assembly.
