European Space Launch Vehicle Crashes Seconds After Historic First Launch from Mainland Europe

A German start-up's orbital rocket, named Spectrum, failed to reach orbit and crashed into the Norwegian Sea shortly after take-off from Norway's Andoya Spaceport.
