EU Plans to Utilize Frozen Russian Assets for Military Aid to Ukraine

Last year, EU member states pledged to deliver one million rounds of ammunition to Ukraine but have only been able to provide half of that amount so far. The EU is now considering using frozen Russian assets to fund the purchase of additional arms for Ukraine. The EU foreign policy chief is expected to present this plan to EU leaders this week.
