Drone attack kills four in Ukraine's Kharkiv

In Kharkiv, near the Russian border, at least four people were killed and 12 were wounded following overnight Russian attacks. The power grid was also targeted. The Kremlin's forces have increased aerial barrages on Ukraine in recent months, resulting in damage to residential buildings and civilian casualties.
