Denmark concludes investigation into Nord Stream pipeline blasts: Sabotage confirmed

In early February 2023, there were explosions reported in the Baltic Sea that resulted in the rupture of the Nord Stream 1 and 2 pipelines in Sweden and Denmark. Sweden initially investigated the incidents but dropped its investigation due to a lack of jurisdiction. Copenhagen police also closed their investigation, stating that they did not have enough evidence to pursue a criminal case. Theories regarding the responsibility for the sabotage have emerged, with Russia and Ukraine's Western allies trading blame over the incident.
