Croatia's Populist President Set to Return to Office

Croatians are voting in a presidential runoff election between incumbent President Zoran Milanovic and challenger Dragan Primorac. Milanovic, an outspoken critic of Western military support for Ukraine against Russia, won 49.1 percent of the vote in the first round. He is expected to win a second term in office.
