Clashes Leave 11 Iranian Security Personnel Dead, 18 Gunmen and 10 Forces Killed in Southeastern Iran

There have been conflicting reports regarding the perpetrators of recent attacks in Iran's Sistan and Baluchistan province. The fighting erupted overnight at two sites in the province and some of the assailants wore suicide vests. At least 11 Iranian security force members were killed in an attack on an IRGC (Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps) headquarters in the towns of Chabahar and Rask. In the ensuing clashes, 16 members of Jaish al-Adl (Army of Justice) were also reportedly killed.
