Children of Russian spy couple discover nationality after prisoner swap with West

A Russian couple, who were serving prison sentences for espionage, and their two children were released as part of a multi-country prisoner swap deal. The children, Sofia and Daniel, were unaware of their parents' true identities as Russian intelligence agents until they boarded a flight to Moscow, where they were reunited with their parents. The Kremlin has stated that the children did not know they were Russian until after the flight took off. Russian President Vladimir Putin has announced that the released prisoners, including the Dultsev family, will be nominated for state awards.
