Brazilian court orders Elon Musk's company to pay $3 million in fines to another Musk company

Brazil's Supreme Court has ordered two banks to deduct $3.3 million in fines from the Brazilian accounts of X and Starlink, two companies controlled by Elon Musk. The fines were issued by Justice Alexandre de Moraes, who also blocked X across Brazil in August due to Musk's refusal to block certain accounts on the social network. The companies, which have been operating in Brazil since 2022, were found to have defied the court's orders.
