Boeing flight returns to Japan airport due to cracked cockpit window

A domestic flight operated by Japan's All Nippon Airways (ANA) returned to its departure airport after a crack was found in the outermost of four layers of windows surrounding the cockpit. No injuries were reported among the 59 passengers and six crew members. This is the second incident involving a Boeing aircraft in a week.
