Blinken Arrives in Egypt for Cease-Fire Talks

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken arrived in the Middle East for his eighth visit to the region since the start of the conflict between Israel and Hamas. He is set to hold talks with top Israeli officials, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, as well as travel to Jordan and Qatar. The US has proposed a cease-fire deal, but neither Israel nor Hamas has formally accepted it. Aid groups have warned that they face looting and danger in Gaza after the recent raid.
