2024 US Presidential Election
Biden tells Democrats he will not quit campaign
US President Joe Biden has reaffirmed his commitment to staying in the 2024 presidential election, sending a letter to Democratic members of Congress and making public statements. In the letter, Biden emphasized his intention to "run this race to the end" and defeat Donald Trump. He also challenged any doubters to challenge him at the August Democratic National Convention. During a phone call with MSNBC's Morning Joe program, Biden reiterated that he is not planning to exit the race, stating "The bottom line here is that I am not going anywhere."
