Azerbaijani President Aliyev wins snap presidential election

Aliyev's closest rival, Zahid Oruj, received only 1.8 percent of the vote. Azerbaijan's Central Election Commission said 4.97 million people took part in the election. About 6.5 million citizens were eligible to vote, including those living abroad.
