Australia Canada and New Zealand Leaders Urge Immediate Ceasefire in Gaza to End Catastrophic Situation

The Prime Ministers of Australia, Canada, and New Zealand have jointly expressed their deep concern over the ongoing conflict in Gaza, stating that a ceasefire is "needed desperately". They have urged Israel to listen to the concerns of the international community and accept the latest ceasefire proposal backed by US President Joe Biden. The statement comes as the Health Ministry in Gaza reports that over 39,000 Palestinians have been killed in the nine-month war. The three leaders have also called on Israel to respond to the International Court of Justice's recent ruling.
