At least six people killed in Slovakia train-bus collision

A passenger train and bus collided at a railway crossing in southern Slovakia, resulting in multiple fatalities. According to reports, six people were killed. The crash occurred near Nové Zamky and was reported by CTK news agency around 5pm local time. Rescuers are on the scene, with five ambulance vehicles and three ambulance helicopters responding to the incident. Footage from the scene shows smoke and fire billowing from a train carriage.
