At least Six People Killed in Russian Attack on Kharkiv, Ukraine

A Russian guided bomb attack on Kharkiv, Ukraine's northeastern city, resulted in significant damage and loss of life. The attack hit a residential building and a playground, killing at least six people, including a 14-year-old girl, and injuring 59 others, with 20 in severe condition. The 12-storey apartment block was engulfed in flames, with one end completely consumed by black smoke. The incident has led to renewed calls from President Volodymyr Zelensky for Ukraine's international partners to allow it to target locations inside Russia.
