The blasts come on the eve of parliamentary elections and have raised security concerns. Pakistan goes to the polls on Thursday amid a surge in terrorist attacks in recent months, with the blasts targeting political parties in the country's restive southwestern province of Baluchistan. The first blast, outside the party office of an independent candidate in Pishin, killed at least 17 people.
