Another powerful quake hits Afghanistan, days after 2,000 killed

The global response has been slow after Saturday's 6.3 magnitude quake. Elsewhere in Herat, people were digging graves for loved ones killed in the quake. Taliban officials said more than 2,000 had died across the country.
