Andrew Tate's Home in Romania Raided Amid New Allegations Involving Minors

Romanian police have conducted multiple raids on the residences of Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate, who are accused of forming an organized criminal network in 2021. The Tate brothers have denied the charges and a trial date has not been set. The police investigation involves allegations of human trafficking, sexual intercourse with a minor, organizing a criminal group, and making false statements. The investigation has expanded to include 35 alleged victims, including a 15-year-old girl at the time of the alleged incident. The prosecutors are seeking to have the Tate brothers remanded in custody.

Andrew Tate, 37, and his brother Tristan, 36, were arrested in December 2022 and held in custody until March 2023, when they were released under house arrest. They are awaiting trial for alleged rape and sex with a minor. The investigation, led by Romania's agency against organised crime, DIICOT, has expanded to include additional charges of sex with and trafficking of underage persons. Searches are being conducted at four homes in Bucharest and Ilfov county, focusing on allegations of human trafficking, trafficking minors, sexual relations with a minor, and money laundering.
